Code of Conduct

A Respectful Learning Environment

We are committed to maintaining a disciplined and inspiring space for music education.

1. Professional Behaviour

All participants must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct.

2. Session Discipline

Sessions must remain focused on learning.

3. Communication Rules

  • All communication must occur strictly through the Institute’s official communication channels.
  • Participants shall not exchange personal contact details or communicate through private platforms (such as WhatsApp, personal email, or social media) outside the Institute’s authorised channels.

4. Restricted Activities

Participants shall not:

  • Share or request personal contact details outside authorised channels
  • Engage in any private academic or financial arrangements outside the Institute
  • Exchange money, gifts, commissions, or personal benefits with any participant

5. Academic Responsibility

Students are expected to:

  • Practice regularly

  • Participate actively

  • Seek clarification when needed

6. Non-Solicitation

Students/parents/Hosts shall not directly or indirectly engage any teacher introduced through the Institute for private classes during enrollment and for a period of twelve (12) months after discontinuation, as governed by applicable policies.

7. Learning Setup

Students/Parents, Teachers & Hosts must ensure:

  • Proper visibility

  • Stable setup

  • Distraction-free environment

8. Misconduct

Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use of inappropriate or offensive language
  • Repeated disruption of sessions
  • Violation of communication policies
  • Unprofessional or inappropriate behaviour towards teachers, hosts, students or other participants

Such misconduct may result in suspension or termination of services at the discretion of the Institute.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials are for personal use only.

10. Reporting

Any inappropriate behaviour must be reported immediately through the Institute’s official communication channels.

11. Enforcement

The Institute reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of services, in case of violation of these guidelines.

12. Technical & Session Compliance

Participants must ensure proper device setup, stable internet connectivity, and clear visibility during sessions, in accordance with the Institute’s system requirements guidelines.
