Such recordings are used strictly for internal purposes unless separate consent is obtained.

Monitoring may be conducted through human supervision, automated systems, or AI-based tools, depending on operational requirements. 

8. Minor Privacy & Parental Consent

For students below 18 years:

  • Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
  • Consent for data collection and session participation is provided by the parent
  • Parents may access student-related information including schedules, communication, and progress

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of data (subject to legal obligations)

Requests can be made through official communication channels.

Certain requests (such as deletion) may be subject to retention requirements under applicable laws or legitimate business purposes.
