Transparent & Fair Fee Structure
We follow a clear and consistent fee policy to ensure smooth academic operations.
1. Fee Payment
Fees are charged on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
Payments must be made in advance on or before the 5th of each month.
Delay in payment may result in temporary suspension of classes.
2. Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, including in cases of absence, discontinuation, or partial attendance.
However, in cases where the Institute is unable to provide the agreed services for reasons solely attributable to the Institute, appropriate adjustments or refunds may be considered.
In the event that the Institute introduces long-term subscription plans or advance payment structures in the future, refund terms (including pro-rata adjustments, if applicable) shall be governed by the specific terms of such plans.
3. Cancellation by Student
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance through official communication channels.
Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to prior notice, availability of the teacher, and approval by the Institute.
Rescheduled sessions are generally completed within 30 days from the original session date.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice shall be treated as a completed session.
For 60-minutes classes, if a student does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be treated as a no-show and will not be rescheduled.
For 30-minutes classes, if a student does not join within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be treated as a no-show and will not be rescheduled.
A scheduled session involves allocation of teacher time, host coordination, and operational resources.
Accordingly, failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice shall be treated as a completed session, and the applicable session fee shall remain payable.
In exceptional cases involving genuine and unavoidable circumstances(such as medical emergencies or unavoidable situations), the Institute may, at its sole discretion, consider rescheduling such sessions, provided:
The request is made through official communication channels
A valid explanation is provided
Supporting proof (if requested) is submitted
Such exceptions shall be limited, non-recurring, and subject to Institute approval.
In exceptional cases, for 60-minutes classes, if a student wishes to join after the initial 15-minute window, but within the first 30 minutes, they must contact the Institute through official communication channels.
In exceptional cases, for 30-minutes classes, if a student wishes to join after the initial 5-minute window, but within the first 10 minutes, they must contact the Institute through official communication channels.
The Institute will make reasonable efforts to facilitate continuation of the session within the remaining scheduled time.
6. Cancellation by Institute
If a session is cancelled by the Institute due to teacher unavailability or other reasons, it will be rescheduled in coordination with the student.
In cases of late cancellation without prior notice (except emergencies), an additional compensatory session may be provided at no extra cost.
7. Exceptional Cases
Requests under exceptional circumstances (including medical emergencies or unavoidable situations) may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Institute.
The Institute’s decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
8. Communication Requirement
All requests for cancellation, rescheduling, or exceptions must be made only through the Institute’s official communication channels. Requests made through informal or unauthorized channels shall not be considered valid.
