Transparent & Fair Fee Structure
We follow a clear and consistent fee policy to ensure smooth academic operations.
1. Fee Payment
- Fees are charged monthly unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be made in advance
- Delays may result in suspension
2. Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, including:
- Absence from classes
- Discontinuation
- Partial attendance
3. Cancellation by Student
- Sessions must be cancelled in advance via official channels
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to:
- Prior notice
- Availability of teacher and slot
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
5. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend without notice = session considered completed
- Delay beyond 15 minutes may result in session cancellation
6. Cancellation by Institute
If cancelled by the Institute:
- Session will be rescheduled
- Or compensated where applicable
7. Exceptional Cases
Requests may be reviewed at the Institute’s discretion.
All decisions shall be final.
