Welcome to Swaradeeksha School of Music
Legally Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Swaradeeksha LLP (“Institute”) and any individual accessing the website or enrolling in services (“User”).
By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
The Institute provides structured online music education through live sessions conducted via digital platforms. Classes are delivered by qualified teachers, supported by Academic Operations Coordinators(Hosts) where required.
Sessions may be monitored or recorded for quality control, training, safety, and dispute resolution purposes, in accordance with the Institute’s Privacy Policy.
The Institute may, from time to time, implement automated systems, including AI-based tools, for session management, monitoring, quality control, and operational efficiency, in accordance with applicable policies.
2. Eligibility & Responsibility
Enrollment is open to both adults and minors.
For users below 18 years, a parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for:
Enrollment decisions
Fee payments
Supervision during sessions where required
For younger students, a parent/guardian must be reachable during sessions.
3. Enrollment & Admission
Admission is confirmed only upon:
Submission of required details
Acceptance of applicable policies
Successful fee payment
The Institute reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment at its discretion.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan
Payment timelines must be strictly followed
Non-payment may result in suspension of services
5. Intellectual Property
All materials including:
Lesson content
Recordings
Teaching methods
are the exclusive property of the Institute and may not be copied, distributed, or reused.
6. Operational Flexibility
To ensure smooth functioning, the Institute reserves the right to:
Adjust schedules
Reassign teachers
Modify internal processes
Such changes will be made with due consideration for learning continuity.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Institute shall not be liable for:
Technical failures beyond reasonable control
Internet disruptions or platform issues
Indirect or consequential losses
8. Modifications
The Institute reserves the right to modify services, schedules, teachers, or policies as required for operational efficiency.
9. Policy Framework & Related Documents
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with all applicable policies published on the official website of the Institute, including but not limited to policies relating to fees, attendance, conduct, cancellations, and the Privacy Policy governing data collection, usage, storage, and protection as may be updated from time to time.
All communication between users, teachers, and the Institute shall be conducted only through officially designated communication channels. The Institute shall not be responsible for any issues arising from communication outside such authorised channels.
In addition, certain users (including students, parents, teachers, or hosts) may be subject to separate agreements, guidelines, or service terms issued directly by the Institute through email or other authorised communication channels.
Such documents shall be legally binding upon acceptance and shall be read together with these Terms.
In the event of any conflict between website policies and separately issued agreements, the terms of the specific agreement applicable to the individual shall prevail.
Any requests relating to scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, or exceptions shall be considered valid only if made through official communication channels.
9A. Non-Solicitation
Users agree not to directly or indirectly engage any teacher introduced through the Institute outside the platform, during enrollment and for a period as defined under applicable policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.
